- this is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week which may include some occasional weekend needs
- we can also provide and fund additional training for a trade qualification if desired
- the person must comfortable with renovations and all aspects of building works as no project with be the same
- you’ll have a smile and a greeting for everyone and always be dedicated and happy to help
- we are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Person to carry out all aspects of maintaining all our properties in Basingstoke, Hampshire and Camberley, Surrey
- general plumbing, carpentry, general handyman duties and repairs to building such as plastering, minor repairs to walls, ceilings, paths and drives, flooring, external building, gardening, windows, doors, fire doors, drainage and blockages
- as well as being comfortable working with electrics or plumbing, you’ll be happy doing decorating job and also getting out into the grounds to keep the grass cut, leaves swept and weeds down
