Responsibility
- A breakfast and daily freshly cooked menu is currently operating, with input, ideas and flair required for menu changes/specials/Sunday roasts/theme nights etc
- we are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic chef to join our team
- alongside this, the venue hosts visiting parties & team matches in golf season, as well as private functions to varying buffet and sit down meal options
- we are looking for someone committed, hard working, organised and has a positive, can do attitude. You should have over 5 years experience.Hours will vary week on week from 20 - 30 at height of season/holiday cover
- every Monday off, Tuesday to Thursday 6pm close, Friday & Saturday 8pm close, Sunday 6pm close. Golf Season 'winter hours' with earlier midweek closes
- closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year's Day. Good work/life balance. On top of this we offer fortnightly pay, split of tips, pension scheme & annual holiday allowance
