Responsibility
- you will deal with all ad-hoc queries that arise daily and will assist with the client opening / onboarding process
- experience of working or managing an AML or Compliance team
- knowledge of relevant AML legislation and guidance
- experience of performing CDD checks on entities and individuals
- ensuring our compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations
- design and monitoring of AML policies and procedures
- as the firm’s Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing Capital Law’s compliance on a day-to-day basis.You will help oversee all of Capital Law’s internal policies and procedures – working with the relevant central and legal teams to ensure these are fit for purpose
- provide regular training to staff on AML requirements
