Responsibility

  • manage the works order inbox and record reactive and prevantative maintenance works
  • arrange appointments with tenants for works to be carried out
  • order materials requested by the maintenance team for call outs
  • work alongside the projects team and help with material purchases using the PO system
  • produce H&S documents as required e.g RAMS, CDMS
  • work alongside the projects team in preparing the O&M Folders
  • producing twice weekly reports to the client regarding open and completed maintenance jobs
  • liaise with Residnetial managers on the status of open works
