Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- proven experience in an IT support role or similar position
- strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and Linux operating systems
- familiarity with TCP/IP networking principles and VPN technologies
- excellent customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction
- proficiency in using Jira for issue tracking and management
- ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users
- strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
