Responsibility
- oversee the entire order process, from initial customer inquiry to final delivery
- serve as the main point of contact for customers globally, ensuring clear and effective communication
- understand and interpret customer requirements and preferences to relay them accurately to the production team
- collaborate with factories in China to ensure the production aligns with customer specifications
- monitor production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and address any delays promptly
- identify and resolve any issues that arise during the production and delivery process
- foster and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base
Requirements
- recent and sound experience as a Wholesale Merchandiser, preferably in the clothing or fashion industry
- bachelor’s degree in Business/ Management /Fashion, or a related field
- strong knowledge of different fabrics
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and accuracy in production
- proficient in garment pattern-making software
- experienced in negotiating with buyers and factories on fabric/product prices and alternative options to meet targets
- exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
