Responsibility

  • mentor and support young people in their personal development and educational pursuits

  • facilitate group activities that encourage participation and inclusivity among all members
  • monitor the progress of participants, providing feedback and adjustments to programmes as needed
  • maintain accurate records of interactions and progress for reporting purposes
  • educate youths on important life skills, including conflict resolution, decision-making, and effective communication

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent

Requirements

  • previous experience in youth work or a related field is essential
  • A background in mentoring or special education is highly desirable
  • experience working with children or adolescents in various capacities is beneficial
  • strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with young people from diverse backgrounds
  • A passion for educating and empowering youths to reach their full potential
