Responsibility
- PDI and preparation of new and used machinery for sale
- fault diagnosis of electrical, hydraulic, powertrain, mechanical and any other fault prior to carrying out the repair
- complete job-related admin and reports including job cards and timesheets
- maintain a tidy and organised workstation and ensure due care is given to customer and company property
- provide excellent levels of customer service at all times
- servicing and repair of ground care machinery including ATV’s, utility vehicles, mowers, compact tractors and hand held machinery to manufacturers’ recommendations to ensure safety and reliability
Requirements
- ideally have knowledge and experience of a variety of UTVs and groundscare machinery
- engine and transmission experience and competent to carry out field and workshop-based diagnostics
- ability to interact with customers and develop/build a relationship that ultimately delivers a positive satisfying experience
- communication - ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally
- able to work independently as well as part of a team
- present a professional image at all times
- full valid drivers’ licence
