Responsibility
- we have an opportunity in fast paced office in Blantyre for Office adminstrator for Order proccesing/ answering calls/ customer quotation who will provide excellent customer service to support internal and external customers, The role will include, Operating Quick books online software so computer litreacy is important but understanding of likes Quickbooks, Sage, zero etc processing orders, taking sales orders on telephone, answering the phone as well as other general adminstrative duties for small industrial distributor in Blantyre

- strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
