• manage and oversee key domestic landscaping projects on time and on budget
• organise and lead a landscaping team of 2 -3 landscapers on site
• understand design drawings and set out sites and levels

• ability to problem solve
• ensure you and your team adhere to H&S guidelines and wear correct PPE
• experience of using Plant Machinery safely
• excellent knowledge of laying all types of paving, setts and stone
• experience in blockwork, brickwork and retaining walls
• excellence in constructing decking, fencing and timber structures
• knowledge of shrub and tree planting
• turfing and seeding
• maintain in good working order all tools, vehicles, plant, equipment and machinery

Requirements

• recognised landscape skills qualification, although desirable not essential
• UK Driving licence
• ROLO, CSCS card
