warehouse operative
Working hours
- part-time
Responsibility
- unloading of Vehicles when deliveries arrive on site
- completing a set of paperwork and checking deliveries accurately to ensure the correct stock is received
- loading of vehicles throughout the day in readiness for the following days deliveries, where required, using the Fork Lift Truck
- adopt good housekeeping standards through the day to ensure a safe and clean working environment for all
- you may also be asked to complete any other reasonable management request which is within the post holder’s capability
- when goods in is received and checked off, stock is to be put away into the racking system using either an Electric PPT or a Reach Truck
- picking bottles and wines through the day using an electric pallet truck as well as picking Kegs/Casks using a Fork Lift Truck
Requirements
- excellent time keeping
- flexibility in daily tasks
- good standards of housekeeping
- physically fit
- attention to detail in order to follow a good standard with good accuracy
- fork Lift Truck License- Desired
- electric PPT Licensee- Desired
- reach Truck License- Desired
