Responsibility
- we are seeking an experienced Insolvency Administrator to join our expanding team
- managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases including liquidations, administrations, receiverships, and bankruptcies
- the candidate will be responsible for handling insolvency cases and ensuring their successful resolution
- liaising directly with creditors, directors, debtors, solicitors, and other professionals
- preparing statutory reports and documents in compliance with insolvency legislation and best practice
- conducting investigations into company affairs as part of the insolvency process
- realising assets, agreeing creditor claims, and making distributions
- maintaining case files and case progression databases, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate insolvency
- A professional qualification in insolvency would be highly advantageous
- A professional insolvency qualification would be advantageous
- strong knowledge of insolvency law and procedures
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong project management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
