Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and focused Corporate Insolvency - Degree Apprentice to join our team.This opportunity is ideal for an individual looking to earn a degree while gaining practical experience in corporate insolvency and restructuring. The apprentice will work closely with experienced professionals, assisting with corporate insolvency cases, while concurrently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport in the administration of a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including liquidations, administrations, and receiverships.Learn and understand insolvency processes, procedures, and legislation as part of your degree studies.Assist senior insolvency practitioners in the preparation of statutory reports and documents.Help in conducting investigations into company affairs as part of the insolvency process.Assist the team in realizing assets, agreeing creditor claims, and making distributions.Contribute to the maintenance of case files and case progression databases, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.Help in preparing for and attending creditor meetings as required.Qualifications and SkillsEnrolment in a degree apprenticeship program in finance, accounting, law, or a related field.Basic understanding of insolvency law and procedures, or willingness to learn.Good verbal and written communication skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic project management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Professional demeanor and respect for confidentiality.Preferred QualificationsA-Level or equivalent in Business, Finance, Law or Accountancy would be advantegous.Work Enviro

Marketing Apprentice’s responsibilities revolve around organizing and running marketing campaigns over social media platforms (such as: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat).Typical responsibilities include:· Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media · Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy· Scheduling social media posts using applications such as loomly and semrush· Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ enquiries· Developing new social media strategies and campaigns· Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns· Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent· Meeting with clients and other stakeholders (such as social media influencers).
