  • bookkeeper

Responsibility

  • maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
  • prepare financial reports and summaries
  • assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
  • prepare quarterly VAT returns

Requirements

  • proficient in Sage 50 and Xero accounting software
  • solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices
  • solid understanding of limited company accounts
  • excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • accounting: 1 year
  • bookkeeping: 1 year
