I will personally not recommend this estate agent to any wise and sensible person to do business with them, they are racist, liars and they will always plan with landlords or sellers to breach your contract to keep your deposit. When you have maintenance issues they will not fix them but will wait till the end of your tenancy so they can claim against you. Ask yourself why do you think they are hiding in an office in which you have to go through security and lockable doors before you get to their office?
