Responsibility
- whilst focusing on retirement, we also provide a full range of financial solutions to both individuals and businesses alike
- this role will be based at our Northwich Office
- developing and maintaining internal relationships to help maintain business flow and meet agreed deadlines
- liaising with clients, advisers and product providers to ensure deadlines are met
- new business processing through to completion for life, pensions and investments
- addressing clients and intermediaries' enquiries and dealing with general administration in a professional manner
- as an established independent financial advisory firm with a national presence, we are currently recruiting for an Administrator to provide high quality administrative support to our Financial Planners & Directors
- dealing with a client’s income extraction process to completion
Requirements
- excellent attention to detail with proven accuracy in previous role
- organised with good time management and ability to prioritise
- financial Services Experience preferred but not essential
- good communication skills both verbal and written
- ensuring that any business conducted is done in a responsible and compliant manner
- meeting all legislative requirements, both internally and externally
