- bureau Veritas, a leading Commodity Inspection Company, is offering someone the opportunity to train to become a Petroleum Cargo Inspector at our Grangemouth facility
- to ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with all company and third party site HSE requirements
- the primary role entails the measurement of petroleum products, for quantity and quality, as they are transferred between sea going ships and shore based terminals/refinery installations
- to perform analysis of relevant "Key Test" analysis on samples of commodities obtained during the inspection
- to witness analysis of the commodity in third party laboratories if required
- to liaise and coordinate with terminal and ship personnel to promote the smooth operation of duties assigned
