- coordinate, manage and run the contracts and staff your within your portfolio
- provide training and assistance to all BCS staff when required
- monitor staff performance and manage client expectations for the contractual services provided
- conduct site visits to assess contract requirements and ensure that our our clients expectations are being met
- implementation of correct health and safety protocols and identify any potential challenges or risks
- ensure the contracts placed under your control are well stocked and staff have all of the necessary stores and equipment our staff need to undertake their duties
Requirements
- minimum of three years cleaning supervision required
- proven experience with commercial cleaning standards
- strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning industry is a plus
- honesty, reliability & integrity a must
- flexibility and a willingness to work additional hours so our clients business needs are fulfilled
