Responsibility
- post regularly on our social media with a range of content
- support the Marketing Manager in the execution of brand campaigns
- research and propose to Marketing Manager brand relevant content creators and influencers to work with
- develop and implement the social media strategy with the aim of increasing our brand awareness, following, reach and engagement
- manage asset creation specific for social media, liaising internally with intention to develop own skills to manage solely
- create social ads, monitor, optimise and report on the effectiveness, working within allocated budgets
- assist in the creation of other digital content e.g, video with external agencies
- plan, execute and cover various events across the UK
Requirements
- excellent writing, organisational and communication skills
- excellent eye for creative assets – important to have a creative eye for photography, colour, content, and graphics
- experience creating ads on social media
- creative thinker, ability to use both data and trends to inform decisions
- proficiency in using social media software & tools and a CMS system
- ability to answer to followers’ comments in on on-brand voice
- demonstrated experience to work towards tight deadlines
- must have a flexible approach to working hours
