Requirements
- ability to manage own workload within designated timescales
- experience in document administration and compliance
- experience of dealing with clients over the telephone and by email
- competent in communicating with clients via email, phone or in person
- experience in other professional service setting
Responsibility
- promptly respond to client emails and phones calls ensuring tailored accurate advice is provided
- be involved in the compliance duties relating to the evaluation of independent contractors’ tax status
- ensure that relevant letters and terms of business are sent to clients in respect of all instructions received
- ensure that all systems used within the Legal Team and all other records are kept up to date with appropriate and accurate information in relation to the work undertaken
