Requirements

- 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership/management role

- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive financial performance
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
Responsibility
- stakeholder Communication To serve as a key liaison between the finance and accounts department, clients and other departments ensuring effective communication and alignment of financial goals
- to Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for all buildings under management and for the company To ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other relevant financial reporting requirements
