Responsibility

  • we are currently looking for a highly motivated Warranty Administrator to join our growing friendly team at Volkswagen Canterbury
  • producing claims for work covered by Warranty by submission to the manufacturer for passengers cars and commercial vehicles
  • maintaining strong working relationships with Customers, Dealerships and Manufacturers
  • following up on warranty issues and answering Warranty related queries
  • working towards ensuring that all administration relating to warranty is within manufacture guidelines and subject to warranty audit scrutiny
  • daily Job Card preparation
  • manufacturers Audit compliance checks and Documentation preparation
  • good interpersonal skills are key to your success in the role, as is your ability to work from your own initiative
