- collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends
- assist in the planning and execution of special events or catering services as required
Requirements
- proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or similar hospitality environment
- strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation
- excellent culinary skills with the ability to create innovative dishes
- experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and lead kitchen staff effectively
- strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for cooking and a desire to help others develop their culinary skills
