I was a Paramedic for this company.
They treat you very poorly, resourcing, finance and HR are an absolute laughing stock, incapable of the simplest of tasks.
The vehicles and equipment is shoddy, their in house training is shoddy. Some scary people employed in such positions of power and responsibility. Very innapropriate behaviour from managers and above.
Frightening approach to controlled drugs and legalities therein.
Just.. dont do it to yourself, not at all worth it.
I also suspect they have defrauded nearly £1,000 from me.

Have you tried to report it somewhere? I think it should be treated really serious. I believe that practices can't be allowed in 2023 and it's good you are talking about it.
