- in depth understanding of building structures, practices and remedies
- strong IT skills
- excellent numeracy and communication skills
- understanding of relevant health & safety and fire regulations
- understanding of the RICS Service Charge Code of Practice
- property Management: 3 years
Responsibility
- prepare Section 20 notices as required
- oversee contractors including obtaining insurance and health and safety documentation prior to works starting, review and accept RAMs, raising permits to work etc
- ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety legislation including CDM
- represent the company at Residents’ sub-committee meetings including minute taking
- set and monitor annual block service charge budgets
- approve incoming invoices
