Requirements

  • A strong working knowledge of EBD and behaviour that challenges
  • A minimum of 2 years experience of working within a Children's Residential Home within the last 5 years
  • at least 1 years experience within a Supervisory or Leadership role within a Children's Home setting
  • A Full UK Driving License
  • right to Work in the UK
  • residential Child Care: 2 years
  • A minimum Level 3 Residential Child Care Diploma, with a willingness to work towards obtaining a Level 5 Diploma if not already in place
