BREDY VETERINARY CENTRE is looking for employees for positions:

receptionist

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • greet clients upon arrival
  • the receptionist will also be responsible for maintaining reception area cleanliness and providing general office support
  • answer incoming telephone calls promptly and efficiently
  • we very much value our receptionists as they are the first point of contact with the practice
  • check voicemail messages
  • training will be provided
  • take messages in person or via phone call or email
  • book patient appointments

Requirements

  • proficiency with computers and email
  • great communication skills
  • attention to detail
  • ability to be calm when sometimes under pressure
  • 40 hours per week Monday - Friday & Saturday AM on a rota basis
  • job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  • pay: From £11.44 per hour
