Responsibility

  • smooth running of the shop retail areas
  • ensure the departments are proactively managed on a day to day basis
  • ensuring all stock is displayed and work alongside the Merchandising Manager when required, to implement all seasonal promotions
  • liaise with supplier reps regarding stock requirements and orders
  • monitor and ensure all stock is maintained at the required levels
  • lead, support and train the team on all aspects of their retail assistant role, including till training and departmental induction
  • deal with all customers issues as per company standards
  • maintain adequate staff cover and approving holidays accordingly
