- full-time
Responsibility
- prepare detailed, schedules of work, programmes, specifications and tender documentation and advertisements as necessary
- carry out inspections to ensure all works are delivered in accordance with agreed specification, quality and standards
- project management and oversight of contract works relating to programmed maintenance and improvements
- ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and the organisation's policies and procedures
- ensure excellent standards of customer care are applied to each contract and answer any queries or complaints
- provide excellent customer service, manging any complaints or queries
- ensure that the property services databases are correctly maintained
- assist on delivery of fire safety programmes including overseeing completed works
Requirements
- HND / HNC level in construction or building qualification
- possess an industry recognised formal fire safety qualification
- good understanding of UK fire safety guidance and benchmark standards for existing buildings
- A driver with access to own vehicle
- experience in contract surveying /demonstrate detailed work orders including specifications and materials
