Responsibility
- lead the development, execution, and continuous evolution of the Colne BID Business Plan, ensuring alignment with the BID’s aims and objectives
- manage bad debts through early engagement with late payers and by working with PBC accounts department to efficiently manage the few debtors who refuse to pay their Levy
- serve as the primary point of contact for all BID-related enquiries, confidently representing Colne BID to stakeholders, businesses, and the public
- implement robust systems and processes to ensure the smooth operation of all BID activities
- develop systems for effective project monitoring and evaluation, delivering regular progress reports to the Board
- manage contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring quality service delivery
- work to and with a Board of Directors to deliver the aims of the BID
