Responsibility
lead the development, execution, and continuous evolution of the Colne BID Business Plan, ensuring alignment with the BID’s aims and objectives
manage bad debts through early engagement with late payers and by working with PBC accounts department to efficiently manage the few debtors who refuse to pay their Levy
serve as the primary point of contact for all BID-related enquiries, confidently representing Colne BID to stakeholders, businesses, and the public
implement robust systems and processes to ensure the smooth operation of all BID activities
develop systems for effective project monitoring and evaluation, delivering regular progress reports to the Board
manage contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring quality service delivery
work to and with a Board of Directors to deliver the aims of the BID
