Responsibility

  • develop customer service policies, procedures, and standards
  • develop plans and targets to improve customer satisfaction
  • represent the voice of the customer
  • manage product lifecycle from shipment to commercial operation
  • manage equipment fleet throughout warranty period
  • manage warranty provision for the business based onsite
  • anticipate markets, customer needs & trends
  • facilitate organic growth

Requirements

  • operational knowledge of a Busy fast paced environment with sufficient and appropriate experience in Technical Sales and Project Management
  • degree level qualification in Business & Management
  • familiar with all MS Office packages, common office IT support packages. Experience with CAD / Solid Edge an advantage
  • strong Customer Focus – make customer service personal
  • resourcefulness, and significant drive to work on own initiative to achieve personal goals & agreed targets
  • as the Customer Service Manager , you will provide an outstanding customer experience that meets & exceeds customers’ expectations
  • good communicator and team player with ability to influence internal & external stakeholders
  • taking ownership of customer issues and manage through to resolution
