Responsibility
- dealing with incoming enquiries regarding parts & repairs
- co-ordination and liaising with workshops on new orders, repairs and servicing
- obtain quotes from third party suppliers for non-stock items required for orders and
- provide a high level of service to customers - through understanding their requirements, responding to requests, progressing orders and providing advice
- assist with processing warranty claims
- maintain / update CRM system with timely & accurate data
- passing all sales leads to the Internal Sales Team
- liaising with inhouse transport for customer sales & repair collections/deliveries
