Responsibility
- interact with customers to develop loyalty and handle customer concerns
- assist the General Manager with daily duties
- lead our team of Bootleggers to create the right environment for customers
- set and maintain standards for cleanliness and safety
- operate and lead shifts on a regular basis
- complete inventory checks, stock ordering and stock rotation
- end of day cash handling
- organise the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory
Requirements
- great interpersonal, communication and customer-service skills
- experience conducting stock takes and stock ordering procedures
- ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and clean
- experience with end of day cash handling procedures
- team leading skills
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- experience operating and leading shifts in a busy environment
- positive, engaging personality and professional appearance
