Responsibility
- undertake reactive works as instructed
- ensure all work is completed to the required standard and deadlines
- perform any other duties within your capabilities as assigned
- safe working at height
- adhere to safe working practices at all times in accordance with company Health and Safety policies and procedures
- perform all aspects of Painting and Decorating across the Construction and LIFT estate including but not limited to cleaning, painting, car park lining, lifting and scaffolding
- ensure that the appropriate RAMS are completed prior to commencing work and escalate any concerns to your line manager
- maintain high standards of professional conduct and personal appearance
Requirements
- valid UK Driving License
- well versed in completing paperwork including PPM paperwork, inspection sheets, RAMS etc
- good working knowledge of the building services environment and other disciplines would be a distinct advantage
- painting: 3 years
- substantial, relevant experience and/or qualifications in working at height and health and safety and the ability to work in accordance with health and safety requirements as a matter of routine
- required: Minimum of three years’ experience in painting – preferably commercial
