- completing timely weekly payroll sign off, taking multiple factors into account including making appropriate bonuses, deductions and statutory payments when applicable
- onboarding new empoyees, including offer letter and contract drafting. Keeping personal details up-to-date, maintaining holiday records and processing leaver information
- ensuring maternity and paternity payments are updated, calculated and recorded
- communicating with staff and managers for payroll, employee and general queries
- becoming a first point of contact for staff and managers, for queries related to HR, payroll, and general employee requests
- maintaining up-to-date records for all our sites to ensure compliance with H&S legislation, landlord needs, employee training and disciplinary & grievance requirements, and
Requirements
- previous experience working within a HR environment
- experience coordinating payroll activities
- understanding of the need for confidentiality and data sensitivity
