Responsibility
completing timely weekly payroll sign off, taking multiple factors into account including making appropriate bonuses, deductions and statutory payments when applicable
onboarding new empoyees, including offer letter and contract drafting. Keeping personal details up-to-date, maintaining holiday records and processing leaver information
ensuring maternity and paternity payments are updated, calculated and recorded
communicating with staff and managers for payroll, employee and general queries
becoming a first point of contact for staff and managers, for queries related to HR, payroll, and general employee requests
maintaining up-to-date records for all our sites to ensure compliance with H&S legislation, landlord needs, employee training and disciplinary & grievance requirements, and
Requirements
previous experience working within a HR environment
experience coordinating payroll activities
understanding of the need for confidentiality and data sensitivity
