Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- to maintain our properties and improve compliance through auditing and completion of works
- to carry out all PPM and reactive repairs as necessary. Complete relevant paperwork and report diligently
- to assist with the creation of development schemes
- to organise and arrange furniture where necessary
- to be responsible for control of sub-contractors when and if required
- to work in line with budgets and maintain a pre-programmed workload weeks in advance where possible
- to oversee the handover of new properties from Bloom Developments to Bloom Supported Accommodation
- to oversee and manage the maintenance of the properties currently under management
Requirements
- previous experience of managing refurbishments and maintenance as well as possessing a working knowledge of property related compliance
- background in facilities management, ideally plumbing
- confident using own initiative to respond to situations and problem solve
- good people skills with the ability to provide an exceptional level of service
- computer literate and able to effectively communicate both written and verbally
- sound knowledge of the Equality Act 2010 and Health and Safety Act legislation
- hold a UK Driving License
- maintenance: 3 years
