Responsibility

• to work within a team of support workers on a national scale
• to build relationships with charities and local authorities to provide required support to tenants in areas where additional support is required
• to liaise with Bloom departments and personnel to ensure tenant satisfaction including, housing, property, and finance

• to ensure correct completion of referral and needs assessment and to develop, and thereafter implement, housing and support across different cohorts nationally
• to audit and report on the quality of support via our internal system. Provide the system with data on outcomes and support delivered to enable accurate reports. Deliver support reports and commentary to the area lead

Requirements

• previous experience in a support role within the Housing sector
• in-depth knowledge of supported accommodation
• background in working with vulnerable individuals with a history of challenging behaviour

• previous experience in property maintenance or carrying out building inspections
• experience in leading and managing a team
• demonstrated ability to handle large workloads and work effectively under pressure

• strong people skills, capable of delivering an exceptional level of service

• to carry out all PPM and reactive repairs as necessary. Complete relevant paperwork and report diligently
• to assist with the creation of development schemes

• background in facilities management, ideally plumbing
