telesales executive

Working hours

Responsibility

  • manage a portfolio of existing customers within the Education sector, including schools, colleges, and universities
  • build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • conduct regular outbound calls to understand customers' needs, address any concerns, and offer suitable products and solutions
  • proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers, maximizing revenue generation
  • provide product information, pricing details, and promotional offers to customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our meat products
  • collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop customer retention strategies and achieve sales targets
  • handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters when necessary
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activities, and interactions in the CRM system

Requirements

  • proven experience in telesales or customer retention roles, preferably within the foodservice industry or catering sector
  • excellent phone communication skills, with the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and handle objections effectively
  • strong relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs
  • results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills
  • self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player
  • proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • knowledge of the Education sector and its unique requirements is highly desirable
