Responsibility
- you will have excellent knowledge around CQC regulations and be confident in supporting the home in achieving further “Good” CQC reports
- hold the Ofsted registration for the home and aim towards Outstanding
- setting up and maintaining an effective record-keeping and document control system using the company's care management system
- ensure young people are always safeguarded by working in conjunction with the staff team
- providing continuous support, guidance and training for staff members within the service
- develop and monitor young people’s care plans, ensuring they are up to date and relevant to the individual
- regular compliance monitoring and process review
- empower the young people and promote independence
