Responsibility
- inspecting and identify failures to roof coverings caused by water ingress
- inspecting and identify failures to roof covering caused by water ingress
- undertake minor repairs e.g. gutter repairs, patch repairs, tile replacements
- to build positive working relationships with clients and ensure that all work is completed to a satisfactory level
- participate in the ‘out of hours' service on a rota basis to ensure any roofing issues are dealt with promptly
- undertake and complete small and larger repairs to stop water ingress and liaise with the clients on the damage both externally and internally
- maintain accurate records of all works undertaken e.g., completing Job Cards and updating client portals as required, detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job

Requirements
- full Clean UK Driving Licence
- have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- ability to work as part of a team
- great attention to detail
- good communication and customer service skills
- roofing: 3 years
