Responsibility

  • inspecting and identify failures to roof covering caused by water ingress
  • undertake minor repairs e.g. gutter repairs, patch repairs, tile replacements
  • to build positive working relationships with clients and ensure that all work is completed to a satisfactory level
  • participate in the ‘out of hours' service on a rota basis to ensure any roofing issues are dealt with promptly
  • maintain accurate records of all works undertaken e.g., completing Job Cards and updating client portals as required, detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job
  • ensure that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times, in accordance with all technical standards
  • we are currently looking for an experienced individual or team of two, to join our existing field teams covering the Midlands
