will know how to lead within a people-focused business, communicating clearly with colleagues to deliver the highest quality customer outcome
will identify and address training requirements for self and the team
is a strong team player, knowing when to lead and when to guide
is competent in supporting the recruitment and induction of new staff
will be responsible for financial performance including sales and margins, labour costs and stock control
ensure the ‘provenance’ ethos behind this premium group is upheld at every opportunity and continues to deliver commercially
competent in the implementation of Food Hygiene and Food Safety regulations, terms of employment and GDPR compliance
is confident when deputising for the General Manager
Requirements
will require own transport
ideally with 2 years’ experience at a Duty Manager level
A proven background in delivering high quality private dining events
available to start within one calendar month
must have a solid understanding of what it means to deliver strong food credentials within a high quality hospitality environment, with specific focus on locally sourced, fresh produce
