• we are looking for an experienced Grounds worker to contribute to the service delivery plan of the Estates team

• we are seeking to appoint an Estates Maintenance Technician to deliver a first-class service to Students, Staff and Visitors to the University
• be able to respond to and have experience in using basic Fire and Security Alarms systems
• helping to maintain and improve a safe and pleasant environment for our students, staff and visitors and to enhance biodiversity on the campus
• this position will assist in the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance duties that may include minor plumbing works, mechanical and associated building/ground works
• main duties will include hedge trimming, care of lawns and sport field, maintaining flower beds, basic maintenance of tools and machinery, care of trees and shrubs including pruning and greenhouse work to include propagation
• in the main you will be working has part of a team
• occasionally, the post holder will be required to drive University vehicles, so a full car driving license is essential

• the Placement Service Office is seeking applications from experienced and highly motivated administrators with a passion for providing an excellent service to all stakeholders
• reporting to the Placement Service Manager, and working within a very busy team you will be a regular point of contact for students, local schools and community settings, as well as management and academic staff across the whole of BGU’s Academic Faculty
