sales manager
Responsibility
- manage a team of sales representatives focused on selling insurance products
- create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- monitor and analyse sales metrics to ensure targets are being met
- ensure we meet daily and monthly targets and complete 100% of the required regulatory and quality processes
- work with the marketing team to develop campaigns that support sales efforts
- train new sales team members and provide ongoing coaching and development
- collaborate with other teams within Bionic to improve cross-selling opportunities
Requirements
- minimum Cert CII level requirement
- knowledge of principles and products ideally within the packaged commercial insurance market
- understanding of the obligations and importance of FCA regulation within the Sales function Minimum 2 years proven experience in sales management
- extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on sales management
- proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- one of Bionics’ goals is to create a meaningful insurance business. As a result, we are looking for our Sales Manager to be an insurance specialist
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
