Responsibility

  • submitting monthly reporting to Corporate & updating/maintaining month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing schedules
  • processing accruals and prepayments during month-end close
  • assisting in preparation of QVRs
  • responding to questionnaires from corporate
  • performing balance sheet & income statement analyses, & actual vs budget comparisons to identify any missing entries or variations which need addressing
  • prepare annual & quarterly tax packs for review by external auditors & Bio-Rad leadership
  • general ledger accounting experience including accountant & expense analyses
  • monthly balance sheet reconciliations & analysis, identification, communication & resolution of issues. For reconciling items, a plan of action to clear the balance/issue should be noted
