- billion Recruitment Group Ltd is working with a specialist law firm who has offices based in Liverpool
- due to ongoing expansion in the business they are looking for a Fee Earner to join the EL/PL MOJ Portal team
- a) Prepare a Pre-action Disclosure Application with supporting statement and documentation
- you will be responsible for the submission of a claim and will manage it throughout, until conclusion of the matter
- dealing with a caseload of fast track EL / PL cases
- b) Such Application will be approved and signed by the Fee Earner with conduct
- you will need to deal with inbound and outbound calls, whilst managing your emails and tasks
- dealing with stages 1 , 2 and 3 of the Claims Portal process
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- A degree or relevant experience
- experience as a Paralegal
- knowledge of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority
- able to work well within a team
- able to communicate effectively with clients and the team
- good customer service skills
- good attention to detail
- punctual.committed, organised, and dedicated
