Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Responsibility
- identify and maximise opportunities to grow the areas interACT in line with the business strategy and agreed targets
- arrange, maintain and update the interACT folder, to include the printing of policies, incident forms and emergency contact sheets
- lead Saturday interACT sessions and help the children devise and produce productions from scratch
- monitor sub-contracted assistants to ensure successful running of interACT & ensure procedures, coaching and safeguarding standards are being met at all times
- responsible for the safe transporting of equipment, props, costumes and scenery to and from venues when required
- communicate and liaise with venue, customers and assistants on matters regarding interACT, together with matters regarding children, fees and duties - to include email and telephone correspondence and face-to-face communications
- ensure compliance of self and assistants with all policies and procedures of the business
- continue development of the areas interACT with potential new customers, arranging and attending meetings to provide leads in the setting up/development of services, and liaising with venues regarding setup, logistics and room hire
