- from pre-qualified leads, engage with business opportunities by utilising various channels such as emails, phone calls, social media, and networking events
- build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure their satisfaction and drive repeat business
- consistently meet or exceed targets while delivering high-quality customer service
- attend industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to build brand visibility and establish new connections
- collaborate with the digital marketing team to create tailored proposals and marketing materials that effectively communicate the value of our services and align/advise on the customer needs
- develop and maintain a deep understanding of our digital marketing services, particularly link building, to effectively promote and sell our offerings to potential clients
- this position will require working closely with our sales team, marketing team and directors
Requirements
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively present our services
- strong negotiation and closing skills, a results-driven mindset and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals
- self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- 5+ years digital marketing experience
- search engine optimisation: 3 years
