- serve our crews with a smile on your face
- know the menu each day with the allergens
- liaising with the chefs for top ups of mains if needed
- liaising with crew runners/assistants for cast/department pre orders
- bring a positive attitude even when it's raining and you're in a muddy car park
- speaking of muddy car parks, hygiene and cleanliness is essential both for personal and our front of house set up
- helping chefs prep, organise fridges, jump in the wash up if needed etc
- setting up FOH after moves from each location, packing down ready to travel to the next, organising stock and cleaning equipment
