  • always have a vegan & gluten free dessert and snack option on the menu
  • helping prep, cook, organise fridges, order stock, write menus etc
  • correctly cool/store/pack the products ready for their travel to site
  • labelling all food with allergen lists
  • ALWAYS bringing a positive attitude
  • create and design new desserts and/or snacks each day for anywhere from 200-600+ people per day
  • being able to prep and cook large quantities of products quickly ready for them to travel on the day, ready for the next day's service on site
  • hygiene and cleanliness is essential for yourself and your surroundings

Requirements

  • any experience is welcome
  • kitchen experience: 1 year
