- we are searching for a Head Chef to start a full-time position at one of our locations in Manchester
- you will be expected to work in a fast paced, bustling kitchen environment
- provide outstanding food that is delivered and presented to an exceptional standard
- ensuring all food is produced to the highest working guidelines on food preparation
- ensuring your team is working in adherence with company policy, service and staff welfare
- working as part of a small or large team
- adhering to all health and safety practices
Requirements
- level 2 Food Safety
- level 2 Health and Safety
- food Allergens
- two years minimum of culinary experience at Head Chef level
- ideally have Pan Asian and sushi experience but not essential
- chef: 2 years
- cooking: 2 years
