Responsibility

  • supply installation sequence and manage / control costs on site
  • carry out site surveys for groundworks, craneage and access
  • supervise and control contracts ensuring these are carried out within the required budget and timescale, and all works are completed prior to hand-over
  • liaise with Sales / Estimating team for pre-start meetings, operational handover and any specific health and safety requirements for new jobs
  • oversee day-to-day activities of Installation staff, build good relationships with them and work with them to ensure the project is completed to the highest standards in the most efficient way
