this role will also administrate the sales order process for sales activity created through the other channels
answer in-bound sales calls and share monthly reporting
develop New sales collateral as required by the Sales team for distributing to clients
manage stock of brochures / business cards and other Marketing materials and send out to clients where needed
BFT Mastclimbing is actively recruiting for a Junior Sales Administrator, the objective of this role is to assist all members of the Technical Sales & Business Development Teams in providing support on the sales of mastclimbing services and general administrative support within the sales office as required
assist the team to promote the sales of mastclimbing services and handle basic enquiries from customers - prior to issue to relevant Tech Sales member
provide reports to the sales team highlighting projects that require chasing
track and log where ‘inbound’ enquiries are coming from – enabling Management team to determine which sales avenues are most advantageous
