carry out site surveys for groundworks, craneage and access

oversee day-to-day activities of Installation staff, build good relationships with them and work with them to ensure the project is completed to the highest standards in the most efficient way
review and lead implementation of legislation and contract standards
encourage Installers to take care of all components/stock including mast bolts, deck pins, scaffold fittings etc. and ensure these are returned to the yard once no longer needed on site
