Responsibility
- we are looking for a support worker to deliver Housing Support to individuals across Edinburgh
- our Housing Support service offers accommodation and support to individuals who have registered as homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless within Edinburgh
- bethany provides enhanced payments for maternity, paternity, and adoption
- you will have a proven record as a team player with excellent communication skills; you will have experience and knowledge of the service user group and their surrounding issues
- bethany provides a death in service benefit scheme
- an SVQ 3 in Social Care, Promoting Independence or equivalent as listed by SSSC as appropriate for a ‘Housing Support Worker’ is desirable coupled with experience of working with vulnerable and homeless people
- the role is also open to flexible working in conversation with the Move On Support Team Leader
